The Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services liaisons hosts weekly Coffee Hours located conveniently in each neighborhood. This is an opportunity to connect with your neighborhood liaison to receive support connecting with City departments, addressing any concerns, or just to say hello to connect joyfully.
Neighborhood liaisons look forward to hearing how Boston can improve our neighborhoods.
Free Winter Bike Repair Workshop
Tuesday, February 6, March 5 - 4:00PM - 6:00PM at Blackstone Community Center: 50 W Brookline Street, Boston
Join us for a free, hands-on workshop! We do all basic bike repair including: patch flat tires, align brakes, and adjust gears and shifters.
Learn and perform bike maintenance and basic repair. Feel to bring your bike! We will also have a winter biking craft. We will be at Blackstone Community Center once a month from January through March.
Dog Licensing and Low-Cost Rabies Clinic
Saturday, March 2 - 10:00AM - 2:00PM at Animal Rescue League of Boston: 10 Chandler Street, South End
Animal care is offering low cost-clinics across the City.
The rabies vaccine is free for Boston and non-Boston residents.
Dog Licensing Fees:
$15 for spayed and neutered pets (please provide proof)
$30 for intact males and females
For seniors residents over 70, there is no charge to license their pets.
Rabies Vaccines
Three-year rabies vaccines will be given if you are able to show proof of previous rabies vaccines.
All pets must be accompanied by a person 18 years or older and on a leash or in a carrier.
